If you have access to your current password, you can update it. When choosing a new password, keep these tips in mind:

  • Make sure it's something you can easily remember, but that others will find hard to figure out.
  • Your password for Facebook should be different from those you use for other services, such as your email or banking.
  • Longer passwords tend to offer better security.
  • Avoid using personal information like your email, phone number, or date of birth as your password.

At Landworks, we prioritise your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not have access to any of your sensitive information. By default Employers and Applicants can see different user interfaces throughout the website. Here are key steps you can take to protect your account and ensure your data remains secure.

String Password Practices

A secure password is essential for protecting your account. Follow these tips:

  • Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Avoid using easily guessable information like your name, birthdate, or email.
  • Use a different password for Landworks than you use for other websites, such as email or banking.

Recognising Suspicious Activity

Stay alert for unusual activity on your account:

  • If you notice login attempts from unknown locations, update your password immediately.
  • Review your account's recent activity regularly to ensure all actions were performed by you.

Secure Your Devices

Your account's security is also dependent on the devices you use:

  • Ensure that your computer and mobile devices are protected with updated security software.
  • Avoid logging into your Landworks account on public or shared devices.
  • Always log out when youā€™re done using your account on a public device.

Handling Phishing Attempts

Phishing scams often target personal data through fake emails or messages:

  • Be cautious of emails asking for sensitive information like your password or financial details.
  • Landworks will never ask for your password via email.
  • If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links or provide any information. Report it immediately.




Job Listings

Learn how to upload and apply to job listings on Landworks.

Job Listings

Employers

Employers can add a Job Listing by click the Add Job on the top right of the screen.
From there you must enter the relevant information for your applicants to view.

You can view and edit your job listings from your account. Select a job listing, edit information if it is incorrect, delete it if you are no longer offering the job or alternatively you can hide it and applicants will not be able to see it.

To view your listings statistics click on the pie chart icon and you can view that job listings statistics.

Applicants

Applicants will be able to view job listings by going to the Jobs page.
As an applicant you can search for a specific job by using the search function and select a job you are interested in.
From the job listing applicants can select Reply to ListingĀ and message the employer as well as attach your CV.

You will be in contact with the employer as to the status of your application.
